Concrete Canvas 2023: In 2023 Nicola was promoted from bollard to openreach cabinet. Her design was Inspired by Marconi Ponds Nature Reserve.

Artists Profile: Nicola Osborne was involved in art education before becoming a full-time artist. She is a mixed media artist working mainly in acrylic inks and acrylic in a semi-abstract way. Her current work draws on her practice as an Artist in Residence in a Secondary School, focusing on location and place. Nicola’s painting explores colour relationships, using layering and overlap of partially recognisable forms, both geometric and natural, to generate depth and contrast.
